Celebrating 40 Years Of Hello Kitty
Aside from the Mouse Who Must Not Be Named, is there a more famous mascot than Hello Kitty? Despite the character’s popularity, it had never had its own convention in America.
For the brand’s 40th anniversary, Pressure Point Creative helped create the first ever Hello Kitty Con: a four-day festival celebrating all things Hello Kitty. I had the smile-inducing honor of creating the promo video to get people hyped about the convention. The fabulous brand guidelines and just all-around rad brand personality made this a ton of fun to produce. And, hey! The event was sold out!
